Our return order processing time is 1-3 business days.

Orders placed after 5:00 pm on Friday will be processed by 8:00 am the following Monday.

Orders are not processed on weekends.

1. Order Cancellation

After the order is successfully paid, you can check the status of your order in your account order details.

You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it.

After 2 hours, our order will enter the packing process. Once packed, the order cannot be canceled. Please understand our work.

2. How long are returns valid for?

Our returns are valid until 7 natural days after the Brass Decorative Bells products arrives.

If you have received the Brass Decorative Bells products for more than 7 natural days, we will not be able to offer you a return.

3. About back goods freight and re-listing fees

– If a return is requested due to a product quality issue with Brass Decorative Bells (such as breakage, wear and tear, scratches, etc.), shipping costs will be the responsibility of Cucumberw.com.

– If the return is due to personal reasons (such as do not like, do not want, etc.), shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

We do not charge re-listing fees.

-Request a return on the account order details page.

You can log in to your account and go to the account order details to request a return.

Returns of Brass Decorative Bells products are subject to the following conditions.

(1) Returns of Brass Decorative Bells products should be made within 7 natural days of signing for the product.

(2) Brass Decorative Bells products purchased from Cucumberw.com.

(3) Brass Decorative Bells shall be new and unused condition.

(4) Brass Decorative Bells products have non-human caused quality problems (such as breakage, wear and tear, scratches, etc.) before use.

Please send the Brass Decorative Bells product in its original packaging to 101A Vermillion St, Mendota, Illinois.

After the courier is sent, please send a return notification email to [email protected] and provide the following information.

-Name of courier company

-Tracking number

5. Refund amount

Once the returned Brass Decorative Bells arrives at Cucumberw.com’s warehouse and passes a successful inspection, the refund process will begin.

The refund amount will be returned to your payment account within 1-2 business days.
